Over the years we have held a number of wine masterclasses with leading names from New Zealand, South Africa and France covering a wide range of wines and presentation formats.
These are informal evenings with an emphasis on enjoying different types of wine and for members to improve their knowledge of tasting and talking about wine. We usually have events in the spring and autumn. If you would like to join our mailing list for events, then please contact us.
Next up in our Wine Club Series
Our next event will be held on Tuesday 28th October which will be hosted by Miles Mossop whose wines feature quite extensively on our menu.
Miles aims to craft wines that capture the true essence of South Africa and its diverse vineyard sites. As a family-run business, Miles Mossop personally oversees winemaking and viticulture. Sourcing grapes from select vineyards across the Western Cape, they produce unique and exceptional wines with a focus on creating wines with finesse, elegance, and balance, highlighting pure fruit expression and a true sense of place. Volumes are strictly limited with production around 4,000 cases of wine each year.

Suffolk is rightly celebrated for its brewing heritage, and at The Bull, we proudly showcase this rich history. At any one time, three of our six real ales are typically sourced from local brewers, alongside a refreshing Suffolk lager.
