Our Christmas Plans for 2024
Christmas at The Bull is a magical time of the year where carols, mince pies, mulled wine and a warm log fire all add to the festive atmosphere. Over the last few years we've built up a festive programme of traditional events and here are our plans for 2024.
December is always a busy month so bookings are essential.
Christmas Parties - Monday 25th November through Thursday 19th December
Christmas Parties will be available from Monday 25th November through to Thursday 19th December inclusive. Parties will be available from midday until 3pm and in the evenings from 6pm until 8pm. On Sundays, bookings can be made from midday until 8pm.
The minimum party size for our Christmas Party Menu is eight people. For smaller groups, our à la carte menu will be available and you will be able to choose from our menu on the day.

Wednesday 18th December - Market Hill, Woodbridge
Woodbridge Rotary host their 72nd open air carol service in front of The Shire Hall in what is always a very popular event. Festivities start from 6:30pm.
Sunday 22nd December
The Woodbridge Excelsior Brass Band will play carols in front of The Bull from 6pm until 8pm - weather permitting!
Mulled wine and warm mince pies will be the order of the day!
Tuesday 24th December
Local artist, Phil Jackson will be back on the piano from 6pm to roll-out a few Christmas favourites to get us into that festive spirit.
Wednesday 25th December - Now Fully Booked.
Enjoy Christmas at The Bull in what is always a very special day. Christmas Dinner will be available over two sittings at 1pm and 3pm.
The first sitting at 1pm is in the bar (suitable for dogs) and our front restaurant area. Our second sittings will be at 3pm in Carlow's Room. For each sitting, you will have three hours to relax and enjoy the day
The bar will be open to the public from 11am until 3pm and close at 6pm for diners and hotel residents.

Thursday 26th December
The bar and restaurant will be open from 11am and our famous Boxing Day recovery brunch will be available from 11am until 8pm.
Tuesday 31st December
Our bar will be open as normal from 11am up to 6pm on New Year's Eve and then will be closed for a private party.
The kitchen will be open for brunch between 11am and 1pm and our usual midweek menu between midday and 4pm. The kitchen will then close at 4pm as we prepare for our gala evening. Our New Year's Eve Gala menu will be released shortly.
Our bar has been booked for a private function and will be closed to the general public from 6pm on New Year's Eve.
Wednesday 1st January 2025
What better way to start the year than with our famous Sunday Roast. Our normal Sunday hours will apply with the restaurant open from 11am until 8pm. Brunch will be available from 11am until 1pm.
Our Sunday menu will be available from midday until 8pm.
